The pressures and anxieties young people feel in life has always been a huge problem, but now it’s one more so than ever. The COVID-19 pandemic and it’s lockdowns had devastating effects on the mental health of teens and young people all over the country and is still ongoing.
Getting Help Today Can Make For A Brighter Tomorrow
Since the huge increase in demand for teen counselling there has been an immense knock-on effect on the NHS and it’s resources, leaving some young people without the necessary help they need.
Whilst it’s amazing to see some schools up and down the country offering support for their students, not all have that luxury.
In many cases, waiting just one more day after identifying that your child is struggling is one day too long.
For your reassurance, when working with children and young people I have a range of safeguarding procedures that I am happy to discuss before the sessions take place. Just reach out and let me know if you’d like to hear more.

Young people in today’s society
There are so many different issues that children and young people are facing in today’s society. And whilst I’m unable to list every single one, they are all equally important.
Getting your child to engage in session with a Counsellor like myself will help them learn new ways of coping and understanding the feelings and emotions they are experiencing.
My ultimate aim is to ensure they are as happy and healthy as possible at whatever age, level or ability, and not be disadvantaged because of the problems they are facing in their life.
