General Counselling (CBT)

Here at Liberty Counselling I treat all clients with the highest degree of compassion and empathy with sessions strategically structured to suit your desired pace, because you are completely in control with how our discussions flow.

General Counselling is usually a mix of CBT  (cognitive behavioral therapy) and talk therapy. The strategies I use are designed to assist you change the way you think and the behavior that follows that thought. CBT is a very effective tool to overcome a many of the issues you may face in the world you live in today.
