It is my job as a therapist to be there for you at every step of your journey. My goal is to support you through the healing processes, facing new and old challenges and moving forward as an individual, couple or family into a brighter and happier future.

For your peace of mind I have a range of safeguarding practices that I incorporate within sessions to ensure the safety of both you and also me. I work with a variety of people some of whom are Vulnerable, Young teens, People Experiencing Trauma and Abuse. I therefore want those people to feel safe when they attend counselling sessions.

I recognize the importance of dealing with and talking to someone you can trust, as this is when you can be at your most open and really start to repair the problems in your life. Rest assured safeguarding is something I take extremely seriously.

I have been counselling for many years and have had overwhelmingly positive success.

As a fully insured and recognised Senior Member of ACCPH (Accredited, Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists) Member 0000884, you can be assured my counselling services are of highest quality. The Senior status recognition means that I am now able to mentor and supervise other Counsellors, meaning I sign the Quality and Standards Charter and must undertake regular CPD (Continued Professional Development) training each year, giving you that extra confidence to book my counselling service with complete peace of mind.
